Ibn Ata’illah  says:

For the one who remembers God, invoking unites his dispersed heart and pervades his will and his broken resolve. It scatters his sadness, his sin, and the forces of Satan and his followers.

The Messenger of Allah  said:

"No fatigue, illness, anxiety, sorrow, harm or sadness afflicts any Muslim, even to the extent of a thorn pricking him, without Allah wiping out his mistakes by it."

Imam al Haddad says:

Beware of openly reviling a Muslim for a sin he has fallen into, for the one who does so will be afflicted likewise before he dies.

The Messenger of Allah  said:

"I heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, say, 'Whoever of you sees something wrong should change it with his hand; if he cannot, then with his tongue; if he cannot, then with his heart, and that is the weakest form of belief.'"

Allah Most High says:

By it He causes vegetation to grow for you, and olives, and date-palms, and vines, and every kind of fruit. Surely in this there is a sign for people who think.

Shaykh Abdal Qadir al Jilani  says:

Whenever someone is content to accept the divine decree, that person can enjoy rest and relaxation. Whenever someone is not content with it…his experience of misery and trouble can only be prolonged, and he will still obtain nothing from this world except that which has been allotted to him.

Allah Most High says:

And those who believed, and did good works, and accepted that which has been sent down to Muhammad – and it is the very Truth from their Lord – Allah requited their sins and improved their condition.

"There are three signs of a hypocrite: whenever he speaks, he lies; whenever he makes a promise, he breaks it; and whenever he is trusted, he betrays his trust."

Good For Health

MILK: The Prophet (SAW) said that milk wipes away heat from the heart just as the finger wipes away sweat from the brow. It strengthens the back, increases the brain, augments intelligence, renews vision and drives away forgetfulness.

HONEY: Considered to be the best remedy for diarrhea when mixed in hot water. It is the food of foods, drink of drinks and drug of drugs. It is used for creating appetite, strengthening the stomach, eliminating phlegm as meat preservative, hair conditioner, eye salve and mouthwash. It is extremely beneficial in the morning in warm water and is also a Sunnah.

OLIVE OIL: Excellent treatment for skin and hair, delay old age, treats inflammation of the stomach.

MUSHROOM: The Prophet (SAW) said that mushroom is a good cure for the eyes; it also serves as a form of birth control and arrests paralysis.

GRAPES: The Prophet (SAW) was very fond of grapes; it purifies the blood, provides vigor and health, strengthens the kidneys and clears the bowels.

DATES: The Prophet (SAW) said that a house without dates has no food, also to be eaten at the time of childbirth.

FIGS: It is a fruit from paradise and a cure for piles.

BARLEY: Good for fever in a soup form.

MELON: Melon contains 1000 blessings and 1000 mercies, The Prophet (SAW) said, "None of your women who are pregnant and eat of water melon will fail to produce off spring who is good in countenances and good in character.

POMEGRANATE: The Prophet (SAW) said it cleanse you of Satan and evil aspirations for 40 days.

WATER: The Prophet (SAW) said the best drink in this world and the next is Water, when you are thirsty drink it by sips and not gulps, gulping produces sickness of the liver.

So praise be to our beloved Nabi (SAW) who produced us with marvelous knowledge which dazzles the wisest minds. May this information be beneficial to all of us Insha-Allah.
